WHO WE ARE Action Environmental Service Corp. was founded in November, 1986 and incorporated in the State of Delaware on March 3, 1987. The Wilmington, Delaware office is managed by William C. Baldwin, R.E.P., and majority owned by the Baldwin family. A second field office is located in Ocean View, Delaware. Both offices offer similar services and routinely overlap assignments in order to insure the best mix of personnel for project completion. Action Environmental personnel are experts in the fields of environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology and environmental science. The majority of personnel employed with Action Environmental hold advanced degrees and have over a dozen years experience in their respective fields. Senior staff are all experts in their field of study. All Action Environmental personnel undergo 29 CFR 1910.120 40 Hr. OSHA (Hazwoper) training for work on "hazardous work operations and emergency response sites". Action Environmental is typically capable of fielding a team of experts within a matter of a few weeks for projects anywhere. Action Environmental believes there is no substitute for accuracy and projects are finished on time at reasonable cost. There is no reason why you, the client, should accept less.
